1. Assistant field officer - 37 posts.
2. Physical Instructor - 23 posts.
3. Basic Health Worker - 35 posts.
4. Surveyor - 40 posts.

BEFORE APPLYING, CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO GO THROUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN.

a. The applicant must be a citizen of India. 

b. All applicants must fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement as on the last date for receipt of ONLINE application. The prescribed qualifications should have been obtained through Govt./recognized Institutions. 

c. Candidate must ensure before applying for the post that he/she is eligible for the post in terms of age, educational qualification, etc. as laid down in this advertisement. If the information furnished by the candidate at the time of applying for the post is found to be incorrect at a later date, the candidate himself/herself will be solely responsible and his/her service is liable to be terminated at any time during his/her service. 

d. Applicant must ensure that he/she possesses the essential educational qualification/experience in the relevant areas/trade as required for the post, for which he/she is applying, on the last date of submission of ONLINE application. No enquiry asking for advice as to eligibility through email/telephone/letter will be entertained.

e. THE CANDIDATE MUST WRITE HIS NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH STRICTLY AS RECORDED IN THE MATRICULATION CERTIFICATE. f. CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED IN THEIR OWN INTEREST TO SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATIONS MUCH BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE AND NOT TO WAIT TILL THE LAST DATE TO AVOID THE POSSIBILITY OF DISCONNECTION/ INABILITY OR FAILURE TO LOGIN TO THE ONLINE APPLICATION PORTAL ON ACCOUNT OF HEAVY LOAD ON THE WEBSITE DURING THE CLOSING DAYS. 

g. When application is successfully submitted, it will be accepted 'Provisionally'. Candidate should take printout of the application form and submit the same at the time of Documents Verification. The candidates are further advised NOT to submit the hard copies of the Online application form in the office.

 

h. Those candidates, who are yet to get their degree, if called for interview, would be required to submit a proof of possessing the essential qualification on or before the closing date. Such proof would not be entertained if issued after the closing date on ground of late conduct of examination, delay in declaration of result or any other ground whatsoever. 

i. The candidates must write their father’s name strictly as given in the Matriculation Certificate otherwise their candidature may be cancelled at the time of Document Verification.

 

j. In case of fake/ fabricated application/ registration by misusing any dignitaries name/ photo, such candidate(s)/ shall be held responsible for the same and liable for suitable legal action under cyber/ IT Act. 

k. Candidates who have appeared in the graduation or other equivalent examination and whose results have not been declared by the closing date are not eligible and as such they NEED NOT apply. The candidature of such candidates will NOT be entertained. 

l. Any correspondence with reference to the admission to the test will NOT be entertained. No TA or other expenses will be admissible to the candidates. 

m. Candidates should verify the particulars filled in the application form carefully before submitting the same. After submission, NO change in any parameters will be allowed. The number of vacancies indicated above is provisional and may vary at the time of selection.

 Age limit: - Minimum 18 years (as on 01-01-2021).

• Fee payable: Rs 300.
• Fee can be paid online (Net Banking, Credit or Debit cards). 
• Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor will it be adjusted against any other examination or selection.
