Referral of Non-Gazetted vacancies of Registration Department to the JKSSB (J&K Service Selection Board).
Financial Commissioner (Revenue) directed that vide Government order No 117-Rev(S) of 2019 dated 24-10-2019, a separate and independent Department has been created in terms of Registration Act, 1908 and among others, the following Non-Gazetted category posts have been created for the newly created Registration Department:-

- Data Entry Operator - 89.
- Junior Assistant - 89.
- Reader(GQ) - 89
- Driver - 03.
- Orderly - 97.
Total Posts = 372.
Consequent to reorganization of the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir State, and creation of two Union territories i.e. UT of Ladakh in 2019, the following newly created posts in Registration Department have been kept for Ladakh UT:-

- Orderly - 12.
