Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor Degree in computer application/science/ information Technology (BCA, B.Sc., B.E in computer Science/ Information technology)

DOEACC A Level Certificate. The suggested qualification is the minimum criteria. However higher qualifications will also be acceptable.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION:- The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in same job role. S/he should be able to communicate in English and local language. S/he should have knowledge of equipment, tools, material, safety, health & hygiene.

Eligibility Criteria:- Three year diploma in Electronics/Electrical/ Communication engineering with a certificate or diploma course in Optical Fibre Technology.

                                                  OR

Bachelor of Engineer in electronics/communication.

MINIMUM COMPETENCY:-

1. Effective communication Skills (Oral & written), basic computing skills, technical competency, soft skills, facilitation skills.

2. The candidate should be domicile of J&K UT.

3. Age Limit — 18-37 years (As on 01-Jan-2023). Age relaxation to be provided as per Govt rules.
